1) Company & Contact

These Terms govern the purchase and use of our digital products sold on zeyrai.com (“Site”). “We/Us/Our” refers to Setcode, address: Beştepe Mah. 31. Sk, Ankara, Turkey. Support: support@zeyrai.com, Privacy: privacy@zeyrai.com.

2) Scope & Acceptance

By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products. For consumers, any mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

3) Definitions

• Digital Products: Downloadable guides, templates, PDFs and related materials.
• Merchant of Record (MoR): Paddle processes payments and collects/remits applicable taxes on our behalf.
• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable person (GDPR).

4) Products & License

We sell self-created digital products. Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, single‑business license to use the files for your own business. Resale, redistribution, public sharing or making the files available to third parties is prohibited.

5) Ordering, Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added at checkout according to your location; Paddle acts as MoR and handles tax collection. We may update prices at any time before purchase.

6) Payments & Fraud Prevention

Payments are securely processed by Paddle (and its payment partners such as card networks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal where available). We do not store card details. Paddle may perform fraud checks and decline or refund a transaction.

7) Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment via on‑screen link and/or email receipt from Paddle. If you experience delivery issues, contact support@zeyrai.com.

8) Refund Policy (Digital Content)

Because access is provided immediately, digital products are generally non‑refundable once downloaded or accessed. If files are corrupted, not as described, or you face a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the problem (replacement file or case‑by‑case refund).

EU/UK consumers: You normally have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; however, for digital content, this right may be lost once the download/access begins with your express consent. By purchasing and accessing the files immediately, you acknowledge this exception.

9) Subscriptions & Trials (If Offered)

If a product is sold as a subscription, billing interval and price will be shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.

10) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or misleading use of our materials.
• No automated scraping or sharing of download links publicly.
• No removal of attribution, copyright notices or watermarks.

11) Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Setcode or licensed to us. No IP rights are transferred to you beyond the license in Section 4. We may use aggregated, non‑identifiable usage data to improve our products.

12) Privacy Policy

Data Controller: Setcode (Beştepe Mah. 31. Sk, Ankara, Turkey). We collect the minimum data needed to process orders and support customers: name, email, purchase details, and limited analytics/pixel events. Payment data is handled by Paddle; we do not store card numbers.

Legal bases (GDPR): contract performance (order processing), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, analytics), and consent (marketing, optional cookies/pixels where required).

Data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (where applicable). To exercise rights, email privacy@zeyrai.com. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.

13) Cookies, Pixels & Analytics

We may use cookies and tracking technologies (e.g., TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, Google tools) to measure performance and optimize advertising. In jurisdictions requiring consent, we will display a consent banner. You can adjust browser settings or opt‑out via the respective platforms.

14) Third‑Party Services

Payments and tax are handled by Paddle. Analytics/ads tools may include TikTok, Meta, Google, and similar providers. Their processing is governed by their own policies. Links to third‑party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

15) Warranties & Liability

Digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules. For consumers, mandatory protections of your country of residence remain applicable. Courts of Ankara, Turkey, shall have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer forum applies.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
